Why you might ask, well of course it has to be the Halloween parade located in the village Where everyone is dressed to impress and dressed just to be scary, hot, and outrageous. Also they have so many options to chose from for after parties which has to be the best part who wouldn't wanna go out and party after a fun parade. Monster Ball Tour

The concert that was once cancelled has now been put back on but with a twist

instead of the original two artist which was starring Lady Gaga and Kanye

West will now be Starring Lady Gaga and Kid Cudi. Miss Gaga was going

to do the tour alone but still wanted to give her fans the pop and
