Of course the best place to be tonight has to be the city! Why you might ask, well of course it has to be the Halloween parade located in the village Where everyone is dressed to impress and dressed just to be scary, hot, and outrageous. Also they have so many options to chose from for after parties which has to be the best part who wouldn't wanna go out and party after a fun parade. Another exciting thing was miss Lady GaGa herself was giving the first 10 people who spot her in the city free tickets to Monster Ball!!!!!
